HOW TO BOOK A PLACE

STEP 1 - SELECT THE PLACES

  Choose the departure and click the BOOK button.

If the BOOK button is not present, it means that the departure has no availabilities.

You can then place a WAITING LIST
  You’ll have then displayed the departure booking situation of the single beds.

You can see the layout of the cabins by clicking on the SHOW IMAGE link. Deck plans are also shown at the bottom of the page.

Green buttons indicate the available places and relative public prices.

Yellow buttons indicate the optionned beds and option expiration date. Button bordered in yellow means that the option belongs to another agency

Red buttons indicate the confirmed beds and the gender of the guest. Button bordered in red means that the confirmation belongs to another agency
   
  Choose any place by clicking on the green buttons
  You can delete your selection by clicking again on the button
  Single use occupancy:
if you want to book the cabin as single use, you have to click on the Single Use link
  Once you chose the beds, you can confirm or option them by clicking the relative button at the end of the page

If you book only one place in a same-gender cabin already occupied, gender is displayed and cannot be changed

It can happen that the Option button is not present, expecially when the departure is close. This is because the organizer does not allow options close to departure date


STEP 2 - OPTION THE PLACES

  After selecting the places and clicking on the OPTION button ( STEP 1), you’ll enter a page where you have to insert the GROUP NAME and choose the Option expiration date.
Option expiration cannot exceed the Maximum date.
When done, click on the PROCEED button 

In case, you can begin to fill the clients details at the bottom of the page, where you have a summary of your booking beds.
You can fill
or modify these infos at a later date through the MANAGE page.
  In case you have chosen only one place on a same-gender cabin, the system will ask you to specify the gender of the guest in the summary  


STEP 2 - CONFIRM THE PLACES

  After selecting the places and clicking on the CONFIRM button ( STEP 1), you’ll enter a page where you have to insert the GROUP NAME; NAME and SURNAME of the guest, gender and Nationality.
When done, click on the PROCEED button

In case, you can begin to fill the clients details at the bottom of the page, where you have a summary of your booking beds.
You can fill or modify these infos at a later date through the MANAGE page
 
  If you have chosen a single bed on a same-gender cabin, you have to specify the gender of the guest in the summary.
Click then PROCEED

 


STEP 3 - SAVE YOUR BOOKING

  After clicking on the PROCEED button in STEP 2, you'll access to the STEP 3, where you can review your booking and contract rules applied to it.

If everything is ok, click on the I AGREE button. Otherwise click on CANCEL to go back to the STEP 2 page

By clicking on I AGREE, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address registered in the PROFILE page
