HOW TO PLACE A WAITING LIST

  In case there is not enough availability because places are under option, you can place a waiting list. When existing options expire, the system will calculate the waiting list requests ordered by priority. First waiting list request that match the criteria will turn into an option and system will send an e-mail to the agency. Option will be valid for 2 days. In case the agency wants to extend it, it has to do it through the MANAGE page. Option can be extended within the maximum option duration settled by the organizer.
 
  Choose the departure and click the BOOK button.

If the BOOK button is not present, means that the departure has no availabilities.

You can then place a WAITING LIST
  To place a waiting list you have to specify:

1 - Cabin category.
Cabin categories depend on the rate:
BUDGET - lower rate
STANDARD - normal rate
SUPERIOR - higher rate
ANY - if you want to place a waiting list regardless of the cabin category


2 - Number of places

3 - Group name

The Cabin category drop-down menu shows the maximum number of places for each cabin category.
  At the bottom of the page, you can view the waiting lists placed on the departure. Empty AGENCY field means that the waiting list request belongs to another agency
  When your waiting list request matches the criteria, it will be turned into an option and system will send you an e-mail.
